Inspired by Haggadot.com's call to submissions, the band House of Lions wrote the song "Pass The Cup" and collaborated with Moshav Band's Duvid Swirsky to record and produce the record.

"Pass The Cup" is as much a meditation on the ever-present "Egypts" in our hearts, minds, communities, and around the world, as it is a toast to the strength and resolve of our parents, our way of life, and to the notion that you can find love in everyone.

To accompany the song, we created the "Pass The Cup Project," a multimedia experience that  consists of the song, two music videos, a poster, and a talking points/lesson plan kit.We hope that the lyrics, the contrasting visuals, and the talking points provoke conversation about the future of our people and of all peoples. We encourage you to share and reflect with your friends, family, students, and community.

Our dream is to offer one more piece of media for families, communities, and particularly educators to engage in meaningful reflection on some of the complex themes of Passover. Check out Haggadot.com for more inspirational and thought provoking material for your seder.
